Race Walking Events in NZ, Australia & Elswhere

Race Walking NZ is reorganising their list of Events with some rather interesting changes to come. Several of the Events of the past are to be revised or to be replaced by new Events.

One thing that quickly needs attention is the "Long Distance Champs" which was a cornerstone of the past but this year (2018) it was allowed to be held over until 2019 when some new innovations are expected to be added.

The informatoon coming out of Taranaki is that the Taranaki Race Walking Club is takinh a new look at their activities with some new and innotive ideas being proposed. Lets look forward to some new activities from this very important Club.

The foillowing events are in abeyance with new  events/content to be announced.

For many and various reasons, several of the iconic Events that have been established over the past few years appear to have lost their organisers & supporters and are now looking at extinction.
