Kenneth joined the Board in late 2025. He and his wife have three children. Their eldest completed Year 8 at Remuera Intermediate last year and is now attending Glendowie College. Their second child is in Year 7 at Remuera Intermediate, while their youngest is at primary school.
Kenneth enjoys running, spending time with his family, and making the most of Auckland's outdoor lifestyle. Much of his free time is centred around family activities, supporting his three children in their sporting and school pursuits, and taking their dog for walks in the local parks and beaches.
Kenneth is an associate professor at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute, University of Auckland. He leads a research team focused on applying mathematical, bioinstrumentation and computational techniques to understand the development of diabetic heart disease and to identify potential treatment opportunities.
