3Under 5 year olds
We will be encouraging our preschool boys and girls to participate in the CNC Nettabury Programme. They will be introduced to the gross motor and ball skills needed to play netball.

5 & 6 year olds
Our primary school new entrants will be encouraged to participate in the CNC Future Ferns (FFs) Years 1 & 2 Programme. Their focus is exploring the game of netball and developing the fundamental movements and basic netball skills.

Year 3 & 4 (at school)
Netball Smart warm up followed by 15 minutes skill session. Play 4 x 8 minutes quarters with 2 minute breaks between each quarter.

Year 5 & 6 (at school)

Year 7 & 8

Under 14
The under 14 team will play outdoors at the Hagely Courts. They will develop a considerable understanding of the game and play 7v7.

Under 15-17 year olds
These grades will be played indoors at Ngā Puna Wai. Our emphasis is on converting their basic netball skills to foundation netball skills. Performance, challenge, and playing are the key motives for this age group; giving each player the equal opportunity to participate and develop.

Senior Open Grade
The main focus is having fun, playing club netball with our family and friends, meeting new people, making new connections, while getting out and getting the body moving.
Premier Grade
We do not have any Premier teams for the 2025 season.
