Rugby

Rosmini College has a proud history in Rugby participation. We are one of the premier schools in the North Harbour region in this code and it has long been viewed as a significant contributor to the overall culture of the school.

The school has won a large number of North Harbour titles in both the open weight grades and restricted grades. We compete annually against teams from the Auckland and Northland regions and have participated in various national and international tours. Our students mostly continue on to play for all clubs in the North Harbour region

As a student, Rugby is able to be played in Year 7 and 8 and then all the way through secondary school. The cost of participation is relatively low and is a great opportunity to be involved in a sport that instils hard work, camaraderie and commitment.
