Years 5-8 Vollyball 2025

The newly introduced competeition held at Karori Recreation Centre has quickly become a popular sport for Marsden Years 5-8 students. Teams will be subject to interest in 2025.

Term 1 and 4.

LEAGUE STRUCTURE

This is the second year Karori Recreation Centre has held a Volleyball competition. The first two weeks of the season generally consist of 'learning to play' skills sessions followed by weekly 30min games for the remainder of the term. 

Ideal team size is 6-8 players.

SEASON DATES

Still yet to be confirmed by the Kiwi Volley organisers. 

GAMES

Mondays 3.30-5.30pm at Karori Recreation Centre.

PRACTICES

One lunchtime practice per week - subject to availability of coaches/team.

COST              

Approximately $40 per term. 

UNIFORM 

School PE Uniform, white socks and sports shoes.
