ASRC Prize Giving 2025/26  Saturday 16 May 2026

Let’s come together to celebrate a standout season. This night is about recognising our riders, thanking our volunteers and workers, and celebrating the people who make ASRC happen each season.

 Location: Clubrooms

 Event Schedule:

• 3:00pm – Doors & bar open

• 4:00pm – Prizegiving starts

• 5:30pm – Dinner served

• 7:00pm – Music starts

 Ticket Prices:

• $20 Adult (includes meal)

• $10 Youth – Under 12 years (includes meal)

• Free Pre-School – Under 5 years (includes meal)

• Free Adult – Prizegiving only (no meal, must still be pre-booked)

 Please note: This is a presale-only event for the 2025/26 Season Prizegiving. No door sales will be available.

 Payment:Payment must be completed during the booking process via POLi (bank transfer) or Visa/Mastercard. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
