What is offered:

  • Stage-appropriate Pregnancy and Post Natal support: exercise advice, motivation, goal setting, action planning and healthy eating  
  • Consultation and follow ups with our Maternal Healthy Lifestyle Advisor - Online or Telehealth. Regular touch points and motivation for a 3-6 month period
  • Full access to our Maternal Exercise video library - more than 25 exercises demonstrated 
  • Community or Online Wellbeing Workshops 
  • Free Dietetic Consultation with the University of Auckland Clinic, if required. Further support from our Registered Nutritionist
  • Connecting ladies with the
    Healthy Babies Healthy Futures (HBHF) programme and Tapuaki Programme 
  • Connecting parents, kids (ages 5 - 17 years) and families with activity and nutrition programmes -
    Active Families programme and Lue Programme (South Auckland)
