Nau mai, haere mai ki South Pac Titans Netball,
South Pacific Titans Netball, initially established in the early 2000s, was re-started again in 2016 with a bunch of friends who were keen to get back out on the court and play netball after not playing since high school. Since the re-launch Titans netball has grown and developed so much.
We currently have women’s and men’s teams playing in the Dunedin Netball Competition on Saturdays (women) and Monday nights (mens) in premier and senior grades, with both competitive and social teams. Our club encompasses whānau values, where we welcome everyone from all backgrounds. We have a Titans netball committee to ensure the smooth running of Titans netball. We provide trainings for our competitive teams, where we have strong emphasis on individual and team development, and most of all caring and looking after one another.
Teams and level of netball in our club
- We have 2 teams in Prem B (1-Competitive and/or 1-Socially competitive)
- We have 2 teams in Senior 3 (Social)
- We have a mens team in the Dunedin Mens competition at Prem A (Competitive)
Our netball is part of a wider community under the South Pacific Rugby League and Sports Club. We have a wide range of events and sports that all members can participate in.
We also provide opportunities outside of the Dunedin region. We were fortunate to compete in the Netball in Paradise Tournament held in Rarotonga. We took an U17s and an Open-ladies team to compete. Our first time participating in an international tournament was an awesome experience, our U17s won their grade placing 1st and our Open-ladies came 4th. In addition, the past 4 years our Men's team has been connecting with other Men's teams outside of Dunedin to play and enjoy a game of netball. We are always looking at opportunities to connect and develop relationships with other netball communities outside of the Dunedin region.

Trial 1: Saturday 13th April 2024, 2-4pm Courts 6 and 7
Trial 2: Monday 15th April 2024, 6-8pm Courts 8 and 10
