START TIMES

Senior
Thursday races 7.00pm  All Saturday races 2pm
Sign on  No later than 20 mins before race start

Race Briefing  At Startline,  5 mins before race start, compulsory for all riders.

Under 17

Thursday sign in by 6.15pm;        Start 6.30pm
Saturday sign in by 1.15pm; Start 1:30pm

RACE STARTS
For races that start at the St Andrews’ end of Blue Cliffs Rd: competitor parking, and sign on  will be in the Masonic Hotel car park.

Other races as per programme.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Membership automatic on first race entry fee acceptance. Membership/Indemnity form  must be handed in prior to racing. This form can be obtained  by printing from the Membership Form Tab in menu above.

All Riders must hold a current CyclingNZ Licence.

2017 licences available on line (CyclingNZ) from  Nov 2016.
It is now the responsibility of riders to to undertake their own registration. Club Secretary can assist.

RACE CONDITIONS

Races take place on open roads - all road rules apply.

Club Racing Rules apply.

No verbal approaches to Handicapper allowed.

No abuse or poor conduct regarding race officials, volunteers, fellow riders or the general public will be tolerated.

"Podium" finishers must confirm their placings with the Judges immediately after the race finish.


PRIZEMONEY
All prize money is to be collected personally at the presentation ceremony. Proxy arrangements can be notified to the secretary. Failure to attend or notify will result in entitlement forfeiture.

TROPHIES
Riders must be financial members to be eligible.
Three starts in club races required to qualify for club championships.
