WATERPOLO

Club Program per Term

Term 1

Term 1 water polo is for years 9-13

We select a Senior A and Senior B team and then have non selected teams playing in the B Grade

This means boys who are new to the sport can play in a grade that is suitable for their skill level

We are waiting for Canterbury Water Polo to announce competition dates, at this point we expect the weekly competition to start on the week beginning 12 or 19 Jan

Teams

St Bede's hopes to have 3/4 teams in term 1 playing in the grades below. We will only know this for sure once Canterbury Water Polo advises us what grades they have put our teams in.

  • Senior A - playing in A grade on Thursday night at Jellie Park, possibly with some games on Wednesday at QE2 or on the weekend
  • Senior B - playing in A grade on Thursday night at Jellie Park, possibly with some games on Wednesday at QE2 or on the weekend
  • Red and Black teams - equal ability teams playing in the B Grade on a Wednesday night at QE2
