Handball Overview


The Wellington Schools League is run for Juniors (Years 9-10) in term 4, and for Seniors (Years 11-13) in term 1. This League is run through College Sport Wellington.

Lachlan Harrison SPC 2009-2013 -NZ Juniors captain, College Sport Wellington Handball winner 2013

Luke Ireland SPC 2009-2013: NZ Junior and Men's team including top scorers at the Asian Champs, Head coach NZ Juniors 2018, NZ’s first professional player.

Paul Ireland SPC 2014-2018: NZ Juniors captain including Oceania Continent Champs along with Zac Jarvis, Miguel Aizpuru, William O’Connor, Lucas Graham-O’Connor, Danyah Lee-Skelton-ChongNee, NZ Seniors, College Sport Wellington handball winner 2018, NZ Juniors Assistant coach
