Fantastic news this morning for Maggie Squire with the announcement of the NZ Diving Team to compete at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

Currently in Year 12, Maggie will be competing in 1m Women's Springboard and in the 3m Mixed Synchronised Springboard later this year.

It comes off the back of her selection to the NZ Diving Team to compete at the FINA World Championships, making 2022 quite the year for Maggie!

Maggie joins two ex-pupils, Jacko Gill and Imogen Ayris (both competing in Athletics), on the Commonwealth Games team.
