The netball service committee have been working alongside Amelia from Netball Smart to develop a TGS netball warmup. This warm up is for all netball teams to use before training and games.

A video has been created to illustrate the correct technique required for each skill. This is important to ensure the correct muscles are being warmed up and/or strengthened as well as prevent injury.
