TGS Squash was back on court for College Sport Auckland Squash ODT 3, held on Wednesday 5 August at North Shore Squash Club, with five teams competing across the Junior Boys and Open Girls divisions.

The TGS Junior Boys 1 team of Artemii Chikurov, Uri Mayer and Yuval Yechilzuke produced an outstanding result, taking out 1st place in the Junior B Boys competition. Junior Boys 2, made up of Dom Reed, Hugh Stokes, Josh Hanna and Minato Kai, also performed strongly, finishing 3rd, while Junior Boys 3 – Kevin Kaska, Thimeth Peiris and Zac Brinkler – battled hard to finish 4th.

The Open Girls teams were equally impressive, with TGS Open Girls 1 – Claire Guo, Dola Wang, Evie Marks and Margo Slade – finishing 2nd, while Open Girls 2 – Isabel Peacocke, Mia Riddington and Sophie Fisher – secured 3rd place.

With four TGS teams finishing on the podium, it was another excellent day for the squash programme. Congratulations to all our players for their hard work, competitive spirit and for representing TGS so well on court!
