Training

Training times may vary throughout the season.

Closed for winter during non-daylight saving months.

October 2022 to April 2023 - Thursday 5:15pm 

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts so you have time to warm up and be ready to train. Take your drinks up to the gate.

Please arrive by 5pm if you have not been before or need to hire gear.

Clothing and Safety Gear

All riders must wear

  • Full-face helmet
  • Long pants
  • Long sleeves
  • Gloves
  • Shoes
  • Socks that cover the ankle

Elbow pads are recommended.

Note: RIDERS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE TRACK WHILE ANOTHER TRAINING SESSION IS IN PROGRESS
