Southland
The Southland association is made up of five districts, Southern, Invercargill, Northern, Eastern and Western. There are three permanent ranges, one at Invercargill (Turnbull Thomson park), Wyndham (the old town hall) and Gore. The Southern district has two clubs, Wyndham and Mataura Island. Invercargill district has three clubs, Invercargill, Collegiate, and Oreti Sands Outdoor. The Northern district has two clubs Mossburn and Te Anau. The Eastern district has Gore club. The Western district has two clubs, Nightcaps and Tuatapere.
In Southland we mainly shoot indoor 20 Yard targets with .22 caliber rifles during the winter months but there is an outdoor 50 metre range running during the summer months for TSNZ members.
