​​​​​​​Mixed League is run 2 times each year, in Summer and Spring and is a social league to promote Netball to a wider range of the community i.e. business groups and males. Teams are made up of a mixture of female and male players.

THINGS TO KNOW

• International Netball Rules apply.
• Teams must abide by the Taupo Netball Centre & the International Netball Rules.
• Mixed League Co-ordinator will communicate with teams via email where possible,for all updates, draws and results.​​​​​​​
• It is up to teams to supply their own first aid supplies and ice
• Teams are responsible for taking the score.
• ​​​​​​​Games are 4 x 8 minute quarters.

• Teams can register up to 15 players, however only 12 players maximum can play on any given night
  
• Teams MUST have a minimum of 2 male players on the court, with no more than 3 male players being allowed to take the court at any one time during a game.
  
• When 3 male players are on the court at any one time they must play in differing positions and there cannot be 2 males in the shooting circle or defense circle at the same time.​​​​​​​

Netball Bibs

• All teams that do not have their own bibs are to be issued a set of bibs for the length of the competition and responsible for washing them weekly and having them available for their team each week.
• $50 bond will be charged for use of TNC bibs and refunded upon the bibs being returned as a full set and in good condition
• Bibs are to be returned immediately after the teams final game and TNC will wash them

TShirts

• Teams must supply their own uniform, where each player within the team must wear a black  ‘T’Shirt (black singlets are also fine)
  
• If a team wants to wear a different colour then every shirt must be identical and not different shades or styles of a similar colour.

TNC will supply umpires, the cost is included in the fees

Fees may vary if the Taupo Event Centre is unavailable for our preferred 6 week competitions.
