9 Hole Tournaments at Te Aroha

The Te Aroha Golf Club offers a few different tournament opportunities for 9 hole players:

  • A 9 Hole tournament in April
  • A 9 Hole tournament in November
  • A 14-hole tournament open to both 9 hole and 18 hole players in September

At times, the 18 hole tournaments will also have 9 hole divisions, giving 9 holers plenty of opportunities to play socially and competitively.

Usually, Te Aroha's 9 Hole tournaments:

  • tee-off at 9.30
  • have a shotgun start
  • offer prizes in three divisions - Women's Division 1 and Division 2, and a Men's Division
  • provide morning tea and lunch
  • have great prizes and raffles

More information will be added to this page as tournament details for 2022 are decided.

Any queries about the 9 Hole Tournaments, please contact Sue Emms, the 9 Hole Convener

  • 18 Hole women who cleaned the clubrooms and took care of the kitchen duties
