2025 ONLINE REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!!

This year, we’re moving away from Sporty and transitioning to Rugby Xplorer for online registrations. To sign up, parents will need to create an account using the link below and add each child to their profile. If you’ve already used Rugby Xplorer for school sports, you can log in with your existing account.

Registrations are $75 per player, capped at $150 per family. Fees include a training tee and playing shorts. Playing socks and any other merch are additional. Fees are paid during registration. 

Since this is a new system for all of us, there may be a few teething issues as we get used to it. If you run into any problems while registering, feel free to message us - we’re happy to help!

Important: Online Registration is Just the First Step! 

Registering online through Rugby Xplorer does not automatically place your child in a team. To complete the registration process, you must attend one of our weigh-in days held at Te Puke Sports Club. This is where we confirm player details, check weight grades and get sizing for merch. If you don’t attend a weigh-in, we can’t guarantee a spot in a team!

Weigh in dates:

• Sunday 2nd March, 10am till 12pm
• Tuesday 4th March, 4pm till 6pm
• Thursday 6th March, 5.30pm till 7pm
