FOOTBALL: Ariana Takes on the World at FIFA U-17 World Cup in Morocco

Huge Football News!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Year 10 student, Ariana Vosper, has flown out to Morocco to represent NZ Women's U-17 at U-17 Women's Football World Cup!

The 15-year-old is featured in the latest Flagstaff article, highlighting her journey from North Shore United to the national stage. A true 'family affair,' Ariana is following in the footsteps of her older sister Saskia, a former NZ U-17 player, and is cheered on by her brother DJ (a current NSU U-23 player and TGS Junior Boys Coach) and her supportive parents, Andy and Brenda.

This is a massive opportunity for Ariana and an inspiration to all our young local players!

Key things to cheer for:

 * The World Cup: Ariana will travel to Morocco for the tournament which begins October 20th.

 * The Team: New Zealand is set to play tough group opponents Japan (Mon 20th Oct, 2am), Paraguay (Thurs 23rd Oct, 8am), and Zambia (Sun 26th Oct, 8am). All games are live on FIFA +

 * Future Opportunities: After the World Cup, Ariana will travel to England for youth pathway set-ups, with hopes of securing a professional spot, following Saskia's pathway with Auckland FC and DJ's with the Phoenix.

Let's show Ariana and the entire Vosper family our support! Good luck, Ariana! Bring on the World Cup!
