Time 2 Train acknowledges that a wholistic approach to wellbeing is needed to meaningfully empower our people to be the catalyst for change within our community. Time 2 Train has a strong history of working with vulnerable youth seeking opportunities to succeed. We have observed that often disadvantaged young people have a desire to learn and achieve, but need directional and personal guidance to make their transition successful and permanent. We have learned that prescribed programmes do not result in lasting outcomes and a more individualised approach is needed to achieve long term success.
Over time we have come to realise that we have had a more significant impact than simply empowering physical health. Through our programmes and fostering of relationships, we have built the emotional and social health for Rangatahi, birthed from these realisations we have identified key areas in personal wholistic growth of Rangatahi.
