5 MEMBERS

5.1 Touch HawkesBay shall consist of an unlimited number of members.

5.2 The Members shall be:

(a) Touch Competitions

Any touch competition shall be a member by application to the Board of Touch Hawkes Bay. Upon acceptance of the application by the Board and upon payment of the subscription (or a pro rate portion as appropriate) for the then current year the applicant shall become a member.

No Touch competition affiliated to Touch Hawke’s Bay and Touch NZ may be affiliated to any other Touch organisation neither shall it allow or participate with non-affiliated Touch organisation or teams without the prior consent of the Board.

All member Touch competitions agree to be bound by these rules and any regulations or by-laws made pursuant to these rules.

(b)      Any other person or body who becomes a member of Touch Hawke’s Bay by application to, and acceptance by the Board provided that:

• Upon acceptance of the application by the Board and upon payment of the subscription (or a pro rata portion as appropriate) for the then current year the applicant shall become a member.
• All participants including players, referees, coaches and managers registered with an affiliated competition are automatically accepted as Non Voting Members of Touch Hawkes Bay.
