Welcome to Thames Valley Badminton!

Badminton Thames Valey Inc. is one of 24 member associations affilited to Badminton New Zealand. Badminton Thames Valley. We exsist to foster, promote, and develop the game of badminton in the region. The region includes the Thames-Coromandal, Hauraki, and Matamata-Piako districts. Our member clubs include Thames, Paeroa, Waihi, and Morrinsville Badminton Clubs. We are involved with schools in the region to help grow badminton in schools and provide quality badminton experience to help people be involved for life. Badminton is not a mainstream sport, but it is such an easy sport to participate in. There is data to show that is not only the fastest raquet sport in the world, but it is also the fastest growing sport in New Zealand.
