You are invited to the club AGM, which will take place on Saturday 22nd March 2025  at the Uni-Mount Bohemian AFC clubrooms, at Bill McKinlay Park, 3 Ireland Road, Panmure.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024

It is time for the Annual General Meeting of the Uni-Mount Bohemian AFC Inc.

The details of the AGM are as follows:

• Date: Saturday  22nd March 2025
• Time: 11.00am
• Location: Bill McKinlay Park (Uni-Mount Bohemian AFC Club Rooms)

In the next few weeks, the club will communicate by way of its website and social media channels a finalized meeting agenda and supporting information ahead of the meeting, including Committee and member motions and any further information about the Committee elections.

Board Elections

There are positions on the club’s Committee up for election. In the current constitution, the term for incoming Board members will be 12 months. If you wish to stand for Committee election, or to nominate another person (subject to that person’s consent), you are invited to do so.

Please note, that Committee members must be ordinary members or life members of the Club. Further requirements of being a Committee member and duties of Committee members and the election process are outlined in the Club’s constitution (see section 10 and 11 of the Club’s constitution).

Submission of Board Nominations and Agenda Items

You are also invited to submit general business items or discussion items for inclusion on the meeting agenda.

You must use the form below to submit business items and Committee nominations. Please submit your business items and/or Committee nominations by Friday 14th March 5.00pm to the email or postal addresses stated on the form.

Please note that you must be a Club member and must not be indebted to the Club (or otherwise disqualified) in order to submit agenda items, including nominations, or to stand for Board election and/or vote during the Annual General Meeting.

Managers Meeting

A manager meeting for all Managers/Head coaches will be held at the clubhouse on Saturday the 22nd March at 09:30. Please have your team manager in attendance
