Baywide Youth – Team Entry Form

Alternatively, you can login to your school/club Sporty site, go to TeamBuilder and the competitions will appear that you can enter your teams into. Please find a link HERE for further information on how to enter teams via TeamBuilder. Don't have access to your Sporty site? Please contact Sporty at support@sportsground.com

RANKING TEAMS AND GRADING GAMES
When you enter your teams, you will need to select the appropriate division on the Team Entry form.

The Social division in Baywide Youth is aimed at teams that are not School 1st XI’s and that do not include players that play at a Federation level for their Senior Men’s club team.

For Divisions other than Premier Boys, there will be four weeks of grading, and then teams would be placed in divisions and the draw completed for the remainder of the season.   Please note: teams that you play away in grading, you may also play away during the season rounds. Teams may play teams that they have already played in grading before they play teams that they haven’t played yet.

If you have any specific field, time or date requests for teams in these leagues, they need to be noted on the team entry form in Sporty.
Please Note: although we do our best to accommodate requests, we are not always able to do so.

The closing date for Baywide Youth Entries is Monday 30th March. Field Information forms are also due by this date.

FIELD INFORMATION FORM
HERE is a link to the Field Information form for Baywide Youth Leagues. This form also needs to be completed by Monday 30th March.

Please complete this form with your Field information and any dates your grounds are unavailable. If you have a field map, you can upload this via the form as well.  We are not always able to accommodate requests/changes to draws once they have been done, so please ensure that you provide as much information as possible on the form.

Contact Information - There is also a link to provide updated contact information for your club on the Field Information form.

Please Note: we are changing the way that we manage our mailing lists, so it is very important that you update your KEY club/school personnel on this list, and select each mailing list that they should be added to. Once team entries close on 30th March, any club/school contact emails not included on the form will not be included in bulk mailing lists.
