Waikato Indoor Bowling Centre controls, administrates and regulates the game of indoor bowls for affiliated clubs across the Waikato region.

The Waikato season starts in February and runs through to October with events scheduled between clubs and against other Associations and Districts throughout the year. 

Club membership is open to everyone whether you're seeking a social bowl or competitive play. Our clubs offer coaching and development at all levels and welcome new members at any time throughout the season.

Bowls is a sport everyone can enjoy, whether you're 5 or 95! It is intrinsically accessible, no matter your age, gender, ethnicity or ability. It's also very sociable - as you'll find out when visiting one of our friendly clubs.

The health benefits of sport are well-known, and bowls offers a low impact way to stay vitalized. And of course - that moment your bowl winds its way towards the jack is truly mesmerizing!

An affordable game, membership comes at a fraction of the price of most sports and all you need is a comfy pair of shoes and a great attitude to get started; we have the equipment ready to go!
