Two years ago, Waimarino embarked on an exciting journey, forming a new team brimming with promising young talents—a venture that proved to be a resounding success.
Waimarino Netball embodies a collective of young women hailing from Raetihi, Ohakune, Waiouru, down to Taihape. Our mission is to unite in the spirit of netball, inspiring our communities and nurturing the well-being of our youth through fitness and health.
As promised, our A1 team is now poised to compete in the esteemed Whanganui Premier League, honoring our commitment from last year. Notably, we proudly stand as the sole representatives from our region in this competition. Our other two teams will be competing in the Taihape competition.
