All runs are held wet or fine - check Facebook for programme changes.  Saturday runs start at 2pm unless otherwise notified.

ALWAYS bring a towel and spare clothes and footwear to change in to if you get wet as a courtesy to your host.All members are to bring a plate for Afternon tea following the run, thanks.
