Please note: Entries do have strict close off dates for payment and permission, if these are not done so by the close off date, we will not be able to enter students.

U15 Rugby

We are now taking registrations for anyone interested in taking part in the South Island Secondary Schools U15 Rugby tournament in Oamaru from Monday 25th - Wednesday 27th August.

Badminton

The Tasman Secondary Schools Badminton tournament is scheduled to take place on Thursday 8th May. This usually takes place at the Motueka Recreation Centre. We are still awaiting further information for this event.

Cross Country

The Waimea College Cross Country event is scheduled for Tuesday 13th May at Saxton Fields. 

Distances for this event is:

Year 9 & 10 – 3000m 

Year 11, 12 & 13 – 5000m

The South Island Secondary Schools Cross Country Festival is on Sunday 25th May in Timaru.

The Tasman Secondary Schools Cross Country event is on Weddnesday 28th May - further information on this event is yet to come.

Ki o Rahi

The Tasman Secondary Schools Senior Ki o Rahi tournament is scheduled for Wednesday 14th May. This is open to mixed teams only and will need a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 14 people per team. Further information is still to come.

Equestrian

The Tasman Secondary Schools Equestrian event is scheduled for Monday 26th May. We are still awaiting further information regarding this event.

Students will need to sign up at the Sports Office if they are interested in any of the above events.
