Rally Rules for all riders:
Riders who do not hold a certificate must attend a minimum of five (5) working rallies. Three (3) of these attendances must be the combination of rider and mount.
Riders who hold a D, D+ or C certificate must attend a minimum of five (5) working rallies. Three (3) of these attendances must be the combination of rider and mount
Riders who hold a C+ certificate must attend a minimum of four (4) working rallies. Two (2) of these attendances must be the combination of rider and mount
Riders who hold a B, H and A certificates must attend a minimum of three (3) working rallies. One (1) of these attendances must be the combination of rider and mount

General Rules
- Riders can ride any height as long as it is consecutive heights, if a rider wants to enter a championship they will not be penalised if jumping higher.
- Championship classes will be instant jump off with no height change.
- Combinations should be entered to the heights they are comfortable with and not over faced
- If a rider enters the lead rein dressage, they are ineligible to ride at Area Show Jumping
- Clubs/Branches may enter composite teams if unable to field a team. Rider’s names and jump heights to be submitted to the Event Secretary & riders will be allotted to a team.
- Organising committee reserves the right to change a rider’s category if they are deemed not to be in the correct category.
- A rider cannot compete lower then they have previously competed at on the same mount? E.G. If they have competed at 80cm they can’t do 60/70.
- Dispensations must be in letter form and presented to Area for consideration. Dispensations will be given to lame horses or injured riders or if a rider has sold their mount and now riding a new horse, can apply for dispensation. The rally rule still applies to riders with a new mount.
- Team ribbons will be given to all teams 1st to 6th placing
- Cups will be awarded to winners of the: 60cm 80cm 1m classes
