Welcome to WC Swimming

Wellington College has a proud heritage in swimming with many national champions coming through our doors. The latest being Finn Harland and David Zhu, seniors in 2023.

WC Swimming is based around inter college competitition. The season begins with internal prelims and finals after which the boys compete against local schools. The team then moves to the NISS Champs and onto Nationals this year being held at the end of July in Hamilton.

Swimmers will train with clubs and then swim for Wellington College
