*Training planner.  Here is a template to allow you to plan your training to best meet the challenges you faced during the previous weeks game.  It also allows you to think about what you'll be training and why to get the maximum benefit out of your sessions. You can utilise the drills listed in this section to to help plan your training.  Always remember to be flexible and don't be afraid to tweak these drill to meet your needs or create a greater challenge for your players.  Click here to download a blank planner  

**Map your runs is a free website (basic version only) that helps you create a training/workout programme by accurately mapping your route and calculating distance and terrain.  It also has many other features that could be of benefit you as a coach in working on a fitness plan for your players.  Have a go and let us know what you think; any tips and techniques developed would be great to hear about.
