Secondary school wrestling was back in action last week as Avondale College headed West to take on Rutherford College in a dual meet. Wrestlers from nearby Waitakere College, Massey High School and Rangeview Intermediate also took up the opportunity to gain some match experience. 

Around 40 wrestlers took part in a mix of good spirited dual meet matches and friendlies. 

There was plenty of vigour and enthusiasm on display and some very competitive matches.
