Sporty and Xero have teamed up to streamline your registration process. Avoid hours of manual invoice creation or requiring people to login just to register or pay.

Simply create a form and add your products or membership fees.

Your registrants will be able to choose to "pay online now" or "pay later by invoice". Every registration will be raised as an invoice in Xero with a unique Sporty reference to allow for easy reconciliation between your bank account, Xero and your membership database.

When a person registers online via Sporty, a customer account (“Contact”) is automatically created for that person in Xero

Creation of draft invoices.
When a person registers via Sporty, they can select items to pay for (such as subs or products) and a draft invoice is automatically created in Xero.

Use your own chart of accounts codes
Set your own account codes, tracking codes and GST on a per product basis within Sporty to ensure Xero gets the information you need.
