WOW - Women on Water Tauranga started in 2001 and we want you to be part of its 25th Anniversary Celebration on August 15th 2026.

We have planned on and off water activities.

The on water event starts at 1300 hours with Racing in two divisions, either Extras or No Extras.  Both divisions will be able to have either All Female Crew or Woman at the Helm (for the entire race) or Mixed Crew (males can helm but must have women as part of their crew).   We have several Cups in contention and would like to see a good fleet out there competing for them.

For those that do not want to race,  bring your boats out, yachts or launches, and be part of the spectator fleet.

Ladies, if you want to participate as a racing crew member and are not already part of a boat crew, or want come out as a spectator, register below and we will do our best to place you on a boat.

Onshore the Club will be open from 12.00pm to watch the start of the racing.  The bar the open and snacks will be available.

After racing the evening fun begins with a 3 Course Dinner, Prize Giving , sharing of stories, catching up  with your past crew mates and then the band starts so you can dance the night away.
