WHAT HAPPENS AT A SADDLE UP RALLY?
Rallies may be held at various locations around the Manawatu but most are held at Foxton Racecourse.  These are unstructured ridden gatherings where members come and school and if at Foxton Racecourse can include a ride through Target Reserve (some days there may be events on at the Pistol Club Range or the Airsoft/Paintball Arena but members will be advised).  Its a great time to meet other members, bring out new/young horses, ride-around and have a casual outing.

You can arrange to BYO instructor and sometimes we will have various instructors there to help you out as well.  Sometimes there are a handful of jumps set up, or you can set some up yourself.

You don't need to be a current member to attend a rally, but we ask  if you attend three Saddle Up Events (of any kind) that you join.  You do need to follow Saddle Up rules, including Welfare guidelines at any Saddle Up event.
