Happy New Year

AWEC's annual Christmas Party was held on Saturday 8 December at Keith McLeods home.  A fantastic time had by all, plenty of laughter, food, drink and of course the present fiasco.  Many thanks to Keith for opening up his home for us and also to Jan & Jeanette for your work helping out.

AWEC's first ride of the season was held at Atiu Creek Regional Park on Sunday 30 December which included an overnight stay for some of our entries.  It was great to see riders from other clubs making the trek up here to join us, we held 12km, 20km, 40km & 80km rides.

Many thanks to Selwyn & Don for your superb track marking & Michelle for helping with demarking, the landowner/managers of Te Kauri Downs Farm, Poland Motors, Suzanne for your valuable help in the Vet Ring, Tiffany & Allan for guiding the 12km riders, Jaz for helping with the crossing, parking & bbq and our committee members who helped.
