Cashmere High School offers girls, boys or mixed touch teams. Touch rugby is organised by School Sport Canterbury with games on Wednesdays after school at either school grounds or at South Hagley Park.
The School provides transport by either bus or minivan to the venues and back to school. The cost of this is included in the fee.
We may also have a mixed Supertouch team for Senior or capable younger players. If necessary, trials will be held for this team. This competition is run by Touch Canterbury with games held on Wednesdays at 4pm or 4:35pm at Hagley Park. Students will need to provide their own transport for SuperTouch games.
Teams will be issued with a touch uniform to wear and will need to wear touch or sport shoes. No bare feet or rugby boots are permitted.
