Standard Rugby rules apply plus these additional ones:

-Teams are to play as even sides, either loan players or agree to play as is with subs via the larger side.

-One coach from each side on the field, with one taking responsibility for refereeing. --Change over at half time.

-Games are two 20 minute halves.

-Tackles must be below the sternum and no collar pulling allowed (scragging).

-Kick offs are kicked by the try scoring team. If the ball goes over the try-line or over the sideline it is a tap and pass from halfway for the receiving team.

-Line outs and scrums are uncontested.

No sprigs, cleats or blade boots. Sneakers or bare feet are fine. Soft rubber treads are acceptable.​​​​​​​

All players are to play at least half a game, and subs preferably done at half time.

​​​​​​​Player enjoyment is our priority. If scores blow out, both coaches must disscuss ways to even the contest. Options include, swapping players or limiting dominate players involvment. At this point, the result is conceded.
