As a Club, we strive to play a big part in developing young players. In their first years, younger players should expect to be grouped in age and ability. This allows for an even rate of growth in confidence, playing ability, maturity and social skills. Occasionally, there are players who show exceptional ability both physically and mentally; who will push upwards at an earlier rate than others their own age.
Our Club takes a competitive approach to the NNH competition in that there is very little chance of playing socially. This attitude ensures we instill good values within the club, which in turn enables success on and off the court and encourages improvement in the game at every opportunity. By being competitive internally, we remain competitive at NNH.
