If you would like to be more involved in the game and think coaching is for you, Counties Baseball have seasoned coaches that are here to help.

Coaching is an opportunity to assist young people by providing an environment and progression to ensure lifelong participation in sport.

If you would like to further your coaching, Baseball New Zealand has established a coaching program that can help you:

Level 0 (Foundation) & Level 1 (Fundamentals) have been designed to help those coaches that are new to baseball.

As you become more involved and want to progress further, you'll find Level 2 (Development) and Level 3 (High Performance) which have been designed for those that show competence to coach and develop players in the higher levels of baseball in New Zealand, representative and national level.
