Welcome to the HB Cruizers Netball Club.

Firstly, I would like to thank you personally for allowing us the opportunity to present you with information regarding our club and our sponsorship opportunities for 2020.

                                      Hawkes Bay Cruizers Netball Club Inc was formed in 2003, with the objective
                                      “to motivate and encourage all people to participate in the sport of Netball”

One of the strengths of Cruizers Club is the tight knit bond that evolves between people (players and family members) involved in the club. Many of our members have been involved in the club since we started in 2003! Our 10 year anniversary was held in 2013, and we had a super positive year.

We are a club that encourages all people to be active and join a team no matter what your fitness level, shape or ability.

We are made up of 4 teams –Flora, Koru, Kowhai and Harakeke, who all play in the Hawke's Bay Netball Saturday league.  Being the smallest, least funded club, we try and keep our fees as low as possible as Cruizers is based around mum's, students and are not backed by any rugby affiliation as are other clubs.  We do charge the lowest subs of all clubs and also take into consideration high school students, as we believe in fostering young talent too.

We seek a lot of our own sponsorships and do a lot of fundraising that includes all club members. This is all based on Cruizers family first policy and is how the Club is successful  financially with such low fees.

Cruizers are particularly keen to encourage players from diverse backgrounds to play netball and to break down barriers that  traditionally have stopped women entering sport. Cruizers always promote “family first” and have a club constitution that supports this concept.

The HB Cruizers Netball Club has designed a number of tiered packages which give the opportunity to support us this coming year. Our sponsorship packages enclosed have been developed to provide businesses with an excellent return on investment and offer brand exposure through a variety of mediums including, media, print, signage, membership database, naming rights and much more. GOLD SPONSOR

For Gold sponsors we commit to the following -

· Naming Rights of one team for the season. E.g “The Cleaning Company Koru” *

· Direct advertising to our players & family via club newsletter, AGM, club meetings/prize-giving

· Fortnightly advertising spots on our Facebook page (we encourage promotions to be used for these spots)

· Mass advertising via your logo, in preferential position, on promotional material, stationery, posters, our Facebook page, our website, letters and on the back of our training T-shirts (which are part of our playing uniform) that are seen in excess of 300 people every Saturday

· Display of your banner and other promotion material at games, Prize Giving’s and other events from time to time

· Opportunity for Club members to attend your events (to be discussed with your sponsorship manager)

Facebook 113 members with dedicated social media manager to manager your Dedicated Advertising Spot

Access to our Email database of past and present members – via our newsletters (Sent Monthly), Full Database available upon request

Premium Brand Visibility by 80 netball teams of up to 10 players each plus supporters – a potential reach of 800 people over 4 hours, every Saturday during the netball season (up to 13 weekends). That’s over 50 hours of Brand exposure as part of your investment.

For Silver sponsors we commit to the following -

· Direct advertising to our players & family via club newsletter, AGM, club meetings/prize-giving

· Mass advertising via your logo, in secondary position, on promotional material, stationery, posters, our facebook page,   our website, letters and on the back of our training shirts

· Banners and promotional material at our prizegiving

· Monthly Advertising via our facebook page
