Club Improvements and Upgrades
May 2012 there were significant changes in the following:
- The outside of the building was repainted.
- Refurbishment of the ladies showers.
- New Vanity tops for both men and womens bathrooms.
- New carpet throughout the club.
- interior repainted and wall papered.
- Blinds on all the upstairs windows.
- New dinning chairs were replaced in the lounge.
May 2015 saw an upgrade of the 3 squash courts to sprung floors. This is ensure we continue to offer a top class facility.
A recent refurbishment in May 2017 saw a complete refit to the Kitchen which brightens and opens up the lounge and provides a much larger and cleaner work environment.
A new multisport turf was completed in March 2018 after a major flooding event that happened in April 2017. 4 Tennis courts were reinstated along with markings for 2 Netball courts and 2 Volleyball courts.
2018/19 a complete refit of electrical lighting to LED's throughout the club, also an upgrade of HWC and additional heatpumps in the changing rooms and viewing areas.
2019 Tennis court lighting got upgraded to LED's
February 2019 an electronic access swipe system was installed to allow members to have their own membership anniversary date. This has been set up through isquash to make membership management easier.
