CANCELLATIONS for the HWC Junior Youth Touch Module.

(1) We only cancel if the Council closes the grounds!

(2) Cancellation report time is 12pm and to be made via email or phone call

(3) An email will be sent to everybody who has added themselves to our emailing list

(4) We will also post any cancellations on our Facebook page
