Tai chi and qi gong both involve training three individual components: your body; your mind; and your breathing. These three elements are inseparable so you develop all three together as you learn the basic techniques.

At I Tai Chi, we practice the core moments of Tai Chi, along with the use of exercise bands, long and short sticks, practice swards, and fans, to help to develop the practical skills required for the game push hands. Tai Chi as a martial art has both solo and partner activities.
