When do I need to renew my Magpies membership by to guarantee my same seats?
Existing Magpies members seats are put on hold until July. Please get in touch with us if you plan on renewing your Membership.

Can I set up a payment plan for my membership?
Yes, we can direct debit your account or you can make instalments towards your membership provided it is paid off before the season starts. When you have filled out the membership form we will be in touch to arrange a payment that suits you.

How much are the credit card fees?
2.75% credit card fee.

When will my Magpies membership package be ready?
Membership packs are put together in July, we will email you when they are ready to pick up from our office.


How do I add new seats to my membership beside my existing seats or move my existing seats?
To change seats or add seats to your membership just let us know in the sign-up form. We will give you a call to arrange new seats.

What is the age limit for a Magpies child membership? 
14 years or under is classed as a child. Children two years and under are admitted free if they sit on the lap of their parent or guardian.

How do I purchase casual tickets next to my Magpies membership seats?
To purchase seats as close as possible to your membership seats for one off matches it is recommended that you call HBRU Offices on (06) 835 7617, or call into our offices, Monday to Friday 9am-4:00pm. 

I am in a wheelchair how do I purchase a Magpies membership?
Magpies wheelchair memberships are only available by calling the Hawke’s Bay Rugby Union Office. Please call (06) 835 7617.

What is the Splash Planet Take a Kid to Footy package? 
The Splash Planet Take a Kid to Footy package includes one adult and one child (14 or under) membership in the Family zone.

The family zone is located in the Rodney Green Stand.

​​​​​​​What do I do if I lose my Magpies membership card?
If you lose your 2024 Magpies membership card you will need to request a replacement card or paper tickets. You will need to let us know before the next home game to cancel your lost membership.
