As long as complex is left tidy and no damage or defacing has been done to any areas of the property, the Bond will be fully refunded.   If booking cancelled 5 days prior to booking, bond will not be refunded.

Hireage Fee is $40 an hour (minimum hireage is 3 hours) or $500 for bookings made from 6.00pm till midnight to be paid 14 days prior to event to

Please ensure you have vacated the premises at the end of your allocated time or you will be charged at an hourly rate of $40 for any part of or hour used.  This includes if you are still cleaning up when we come to lock up and have to wait.
