Venue Hire

Morrinsville Sports Club is situated at Campbell Park Thames Street Morrinsville and is perfect for any event with a panoramic outlook with a good size deck and generous parking.

  • We hire the clubrooms out for functions such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and work functions

  • We also hire out the clubrooms on an ongoing basis e.g, dance classes, monthly meetings

  • We have full kitchen facilities and bar access

  • We can accommodate 250 people standing, 180 seated

  • During the rugby season (March to August) Saturdays have limited availability due to home games. Availability will not be known until January of that year.

  • For non-members where the Bar facilities are required a minimum 20 working days in advance is required to enable a special license to be applied for.  A special license is an authority given by Matamata Piako District Council to the Club to hold events outside our normal parameters.

  • Full Bar
  • Wheelchair Access, AED On-Site

Conditions of Hire:

  • On request, guests under the age of 25 must be able to provide suitable ID (NZ driver’s License, Passport, 18+ card only accepted) to prove eligibility to consume alcohol
  • Only MSC bar facilities can be used - no BYO.
  • Bar closes at 12pm and all quests need to have excited the venue by 1pm
  • Terms and Conditions to be signed

Venue Hire Pricing:

  • Functions – Full Hireage including Bar $1000.00 + GST

    Conference/Meeting Hire

    • Full day $500.00 + GST
    • Half day $350.00 + GST
  • Cost includes:

    • Cleaning
    • Liquor license
    • Bar Staff
    • Courtesy Van for drop off in the town boundary during the event
