Each season North Taranaki runs the following events:

• Showhunter Trials
• Showjumping Trials
• Cups Day

The host responsibility for organising these events is rotated and every year each branch has the responsibility for one of these events.

North Taranaki also runs a ODE in conjunction with Waitara Pony Club and all of the branches are involved in the running of this event.
