MEN'S REGIONAL PHASE

ABOUT

The National League Regional Phase is the first phase of the National League in which teams face off across Aotearoa to qualify for the National League Championship.

The men's Regional Phase runs from March to August and is split into three leagues: the Northern League, the Central League, and the Southern League.

The Northern League features 12 teams, while the Central and Southern Leagues each have 10 teams. Each team will face their regional rivals in home and away matches, resulting in three regional champions.

Once the Regional Phase has concluded, 10 teams qualify for the National League Championship which runs from September to November. See more on the National League Championship here.
